"Enehano is not exactly a company in the traditional meaning, it is mainly a bunch of incredibly hard-working and skilful people who have a common goal: to be the best. What I appreciate most is that immediately from the start I got into big and interesting projects, and even though it sometimes seemed to be a bit beyond my power, there was someone who advised me on how to proceed. The whole Enehano culture is based on continuous education, everyone can define his/her personal career plan and their goal, which are then respected when setting up KPIs and allocating projects.
