Salesforce Analyst / Business Consultant

Profile

4+ years of previous experience as an analyst / consultant on enterprise IT projects
3+ years of experience working in Salesforce, Siebel, Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM
Experience with functional and data analysis, IT systems solution design and analysis of the impacts of the implementation of requirements on IT systems (position of business analyst / consultant)
Very good knowledge of English

Advantage

Technical background
Salesforce certification, eg Sales / Service Cloud Consultant
Orientation in integration and communication methods
Industry knowledge: finance / utilities / telco / production
Experience in project management, or change management requirements

Competence

Combination of project work and communication with potential clients
Responsibility for communication with all team members and including stakeholders
Responsibility for the analysis of the current client needs with subsequent participation in the preparation of the proposed solution
A combination of responsible and independent work
Presentation of technical knowledge and experience for clients, but also other members of implementation teams
